An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone wanting to get into the property market with an award winning Letting Agent.

You will need to be pro-active, have excellent communication skills, be competent in IT and enjoy working within a busy team and ideally have your own transport.

You will need to have come from a sales background and have experience of working within a sales department either over the phone or face to face.

My client is looking for someone who can prioritise their own work load, perform management visits, deal with maintenance issues, deal with the checking in/out procedures, deal with complaints, keep systems up to date, negotiate with contractors re works carried out for the landlords.

You do not need experience within the lettings market as full training and on-going support will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate for future development and to work with a forward thinking professional company.

Salary - Basic of £14,000 with a realistic OTE of 24K in your first year.
