With over 12 years’ experience of delivering and managing services, in roles ranging from Support Worker to Operations Manager, Kerry Grundy joins the A for Appointments team as a specialist recruitment consultant. Kerry has vast experience in supporting individuals with issues relating to housing, homelessness, benefits, immigration / asylum, physical / mental health, dual diagnosis, substance misuse, offending behaviour, domestic abuse, rape / sexual assault, safeguarding adults / children, young people leaving care and as an experienced manager of social care services is well practiced in the recruitment, selection, retention and development of staff.

Internal Sales person
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales person to work for an Engineering company based in Rotherham. Ideally looking for someone with some engineering knowledge, but equally would look at someone if they showed initiative and enthusiasm and fit into the Team as training would be given to the right candidate whether experienced or not.
Duties to include:
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
To record contact and key customer activity
Quotation Follow Up Calls
Preparing quotations
Order processing.
The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, confident communicator, enthusiastic; customer focussed, organised and possess strong analytical skills. Ideally come from an engineering background.
Hydraulic Design Engineer
My Nationally and Internationally renowned clients are looking to fill a key role. They are specialist Mechanical and Electrical engineers across a wide range of market sectors.
Ideally you will be qualified to a minimum HNC level and had experience in both mechanical and structural engineering environment.
Extensive experience of AutoCAD is essential and experience of Solidworks would be an advantage.
Duties for the role will include:
Producing hydraulic designs
Preparation of Functional Design Specifications/Technical Specifications
Preparation of tender specifications and costs
Project Management from tendering to commissioning
You will possess specialist knowledge and a demonstrable background in the design and application of multi-functional hydraulic operation and control systems across a diverse range of mechanical/electrical turnkey projects.
It's essential that you have several years' experience in hands on design through to commissioning and an ability to demonstrate extensive experience of project management.
