Sales Manager (Director Level)

Our Client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager (Director Designate) to progress to a board position, working within a Yorkshire based specialist Engineering company. For the right individual to then be offered a share holding in the Company.
You will have a high level of expertise in the engineering sector and must have experience of the following:
Stand Alone Manufacture - These enquiries would be for manufacture only to client designs, drawings and specifications embracing any or all of the following activities: materials preparation, bending/forming, fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, testing, surface treatment and site installation.
Turn-Key Contracts - The engineering team posses a wealth of experience and are able to undertake complex, multi-disciplinary turnkey contracts, plant upgrades and refurbishment projects embracing mechanical, structural, electrical and hydraulic engineering disciplines. The Site Service Department provides a complete installation, commissioning, and maintenance support facility.
The successful candidate will be a truly dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who will invigorate the whole market approach, energise sales activity and most importantly, lead by example.
It would be expected that you will have a good mechanical engineering qualification together with a sound production engineering sales background, have a good working knowledge of commercial and contractual terms and conditions with excellent negotiating skills and be target driven.
The position would be based in Sheffield and candidates would reside within a commutable distance of up to one hour travelling time. A relocation allowance would be made available if required. Excellent package offered by our client for the right candidate.
