We are looking for a proficient Administrator to work across various departments within an investment group based at their Head Office in the heart of Leeds city centre – they cover Hospitality, Fashion, Finance, Leisure, and Property.
*Ideally looking for someone to start immediately*
The role requires all-round support
Duties include:
• Managing diaries
• Setting up meetings
• Collating files
• Finalising, and printing documents
• Answering the telephone
• Dealing with enquiries by phone and email
• Opening and distributing post
• Updating the system
