An exciting opportunity has arisen for Buying Office Administrator to join an established unique, fashion brand based in Leeds. The role will touch on several other areas of the business - Buying, Merchandise, E-com, Marketing, Warehouse.

Duties include:
o Managing incoming samples, logging and booking photography.
o Efficiently managing the sample room.
o Assisting Account Managers with preparing samples for presentation meetings.
o Assisting with Trade Show preparation.
o Preparing seasonal master excel working documents, gathering data from all teams in the business. Hitting agreed deadlines.
o Creating seasonal PowerPoints for the team to present.
o Completing best seller reports throughout the season.
o Mark-up catalogues with sales figures within season.
o Provide a wholesale customer with images.
o Load website information for a wholesale partner.
o Check products on wholesale customer website daily - check against stock levels and manage when styles are removed from sale.
o Daily tasks of, collating orders, checking wholesale partners portals for orders, printing UPS labels
