Clinical Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a rapidly growing healthcare services company.
Job details
• Provide efficient, timely and effective administrative support as required.
• To assist with the allocation of patients and entering patient details into appropriate health care professionals' diaries.
• Ensure inboxes are well managed and emails are responded to or distributed within a timely manner.
• To collate and present activity data for service and management meetings and for monthly and ad hoc statistical returns.
• Dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Assist line managers with recruitment administration tasks.
• To be able to arrange meetings for the team.
• To be able to meet deadlines and to manage time effectively.
• To be able to work on own initiative and produce documents, which do not require checking as a matter of routine.
• Researching clients to pass on for BD purposes.
• To have a comprehensive understanding of computer software such as MS Office.
