Key responsibilities:

Assist solicitors during legal action by preparing for cases, which includes reviewing and preparing legal documents, such as:
" AP1/FR1's (application for registrations and first registrations,
" Timely submission of SDLT returns / making payments,
" Carry out official searches/expiry dates / END / DS1 / Requisitions / Cancellations
" Deal with requisitions from HM Land Registry
" Ensuring the lenders are kept up to date should registrations be delayed.
" Registration and archiving of residential property matters.
" Ensure there are no client balances on any files before they are archived.
" Conduct research
" Ensuring that exceptional customer assistance service is always delivered.
