Customer Service Administrator/ Advisor - TRAFFORD PARK

A superb opportunity has arisen for a customer service Advisor to join a forward thinking- growing supplies company based in Manchester at Trafford Park. You'll be a team player, a self-starter, and a good all-rounder! You will be part of growing and expanding a successful business. They are wanting a strong communicator, with a natural positive drive and passion to join an amazing winning team.

The role will be to Look after the overall operational activity of the business, which will include the following:
• Receive and handle inbound phone calls, as well as respond to inbound enquiries through the website.
• Dealing with any complaints or disputes
• Dealing with anyone looking to end contracts- objection handling.
• Updating the complaints on the system
• React to customer queries in a timely fashion, with priority given to ensure the customer receives positive consideration
• Record lead history, activity, and customers response in detail using the CRM system
