An established Environmental company have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join their team as Sales Manager, for the right person this role will evolve into Head of Sales, therefore you will come from a strong management background. You will be responsible for all aspects in the daily management of a lively and thriving team. This includes but is not limited to coaching and mentoring, setting and tracking targets, staff recruitment and proactive involvement in problem-solving and leading by example.

" IT infrastructure is at the heart of our business development; therefore you must be able to demonstrate key technical capability and interest
" Flexible and adaptable.
" Innovative and resourceful.
" Comfortable leading and presenting to people at all levels.
" Trustworthy and experienced with handling confidential information.
" Keen attention to detail
" Strong communication skills.
" Evident skills in negotiation.
" IT literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
" Confident in making decisions independently.
" Previous management experience is essential.
" Starting salary £30-37.5k (depending on experience) plus performance-related annual bonuses.
" Bespoke training plan and development with salary increase opportunities.
" 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years' service.
" Free on-site parking.
