Due to expansion, a fantastic opportunity is available for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO of a successful Manchester-based property group. You will also play a major role in setting up the offices across the north of England and overseas in the next 3 years.

This role will require the candidate to work from 9-5, some weekends and to be available some hours outside of work due to overseas travel.

The successful PA will be able to work expected to liaise with high profile, high net worth people based in UK and overseas. You will work closely with other Senior Managers and will coordinate diaries, updating the CEO as and when needed. As EA to the CEO your main duties will include, but will not be limited to:
• Diary management, email management and travel arrangements of the CEO
• Attending meetings, networking events, taking minutes and transcribing legal documents, and typing confidential reports - – Office and after office hours when needed
• Managing and liasing corporate events on behalf of the CEO and the company
• Travelling throughout UK and overseas to attend meetings, organise property shows and seminars to assist with business development where required
• Assisting the CEO in setting up offices and branches in North West and Overseas
• Liaising on behalf of CEO on HR and Health and Safety
• Handling confidential calls, files and composing letters which require official signatures
• Report writing and proofreading, and researching records to ensure accurateness and compliance with policies and regulations
• Managing and training staff – overseeing the work of administrators via Bright HR
