Group PPC and Affiliate Manager
Based in Leeds

Salary - £35-50k (negotiable depending on experience)

Are you an experienced PPC manager and want to really push your limits!!! You will be joining a vastly growing Group of Luxury Brands and will ideally come from an Agency background to help manage this diverse portfolio.

We're looking for an expert in PPC and Affiliate marketing manager to take ownership of the paid PPC and third party performance marketing for multiple Brands within the Group.

We need someone who is excellent at forming and nurturing affiliate partner relationships to drive the ROI within this channel, and who can maximise PPC performance to increase ROAS as we take on our biggest growth targets to date.

You will be responsible for several brands covering a variety of sectors from Finance, Property, Hospitality and Luxury Fashion.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of E-Commerce to organise and lead implementation of online PPC campaigns in line with commercial marketing and brand strategy
- Creating and managing tactical PPC and Affiliate plans in line with briefs to increase online traffic and conversion to brand websites
- Taking ownership of the day to day maintenance of Affiliate partners and offers
- Responsible for improvements in conversion and AOV per customer through affiliate and PPC channels
- Forming and nurturing new relationships with appropriate affiliate parties to maximise brand revenue streams
- Providing reporting on a monthly and campaign basis
- Providing the marketing team with key opportunities to partner with affiliates to increase advertising and revenue as required

KPI's:
Subject to annual appraisal
- YOY revenue growth in affiliate and PPC channels
- Improved performance of affiliate and PPC across the brands
- Increases in onsite web traffic from affiliate and PPC channels
- Cost per lead
- AOV
- Online conversion rates
- Lead conversion rates
- Click thru rate
- Customer lifetime value
