HEAD CHEF /SOUS CHEF WANTED – Cheshire – up 45k!
I am excited to be representing a prestigious busy and independent high street restaurant in the heart of Hale village. Voted No.1 on Trip Advisor, this is an amazing opportunity to join an established and recognised branch. They are looking for a head chef and Sous Chef to take their food offering to the next level. They are proud to be serving locally sourced, fresh, and seasonal produce to customers. A modern twist of great British food and serve in a relaxed setting with an upbeat atmosphere.
They are looking for someone who has:
• A proven track record of running a kitchen
• Head chef/ Senior sous chef experience
• The desire to grow with a company on the cusp of expansion, and want to run more than 1 kitchen team
• Passion for delivering excellent and exciting food to customers
• Direct control over food preparation.
• Construct new and exciting seasonal menus
• Management of the rota
• Be in charge of hiring and training new and existing members of a kitchen team
• Maintain and instigate safe working practices
• Comply with all food safety standards

Salary:
Head Chef up to 45k
Sous Chef £30-35k
