Essential Skills:
o Accreditation from Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a vibrant and exciting fashion Brand based in Leeds. A key focus will be to develop the talent structures aligned to the strategic growth plans set out by the business. You will need to develop the HR practices and procedures to support our people, the key assets of the business, and enable them to flourish and deliver the commercial aspirations of the company. The role is standalone initially, but you will be tasked to propose an HR team structure that will be needed to satisfy the business aspirations.

Main responsibilities include:
o Lead on developing the culture of the business to enhance its core values in an environment of growth and change
o Manage the execution of the HR Strategy including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as developing HR systems and management of the HR budget.
o Implementation and development of the Company's HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
o Create an environment where managers are sufficiently skilled and enabled.
o Training & Coaching/Mentoring of Senior Management Team where applicable.
o Ensuring that the Company remains compliant with all applicable employment law.
o Provision of responsive best-practice guidance to Line Managers to assist with staffing issues such as sickness/absence, disciplinaries and performance management.
o Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, grievances, and investigations.
o Coordination of staff appraisals to track performance, manage talent and succession planning, and identify training opportunities.
o Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
o Produce monthly HR Report and KPl's to the Board.
o Driving Health & Wellbeing throughout the business.
o Building on the IIP Standard Accreditation.
