Hire Desk Administrator

Terms: Full Time Permanent 42.5 hours (08:00-17:00)
An amazing opportunity has arisen to work with a fantastic admin team for an equipment hire construction company. They are looking for a career driven and ambitious candidate to join them as a hire desk administrator.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Admin department with day-to-day duties
• Processing enquiries by both email and telephone
• Representing a consistent point of contact for breakdowns, failed collections, damages & Off hires
• Processing off hires / advice notes on the company's bespoke hire software (Syrinx).
• Maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers alike
• Ensuring the customer / supplier is provided with the correct information as per their requests.
