The ideal candidate:
" Previous experience within a manufacturing, building or air conditioning environment.
" Sound product knowledge of ventilation material would be advantageous.
" Can read from Blueprints.
" Previous sales experience in a similar environment is essential.
" Must be a strong character, assertive but is able to gel with the team.
" Team player, willing to chip in where required (ad-hoc duties)
" Confident dealing with customers and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
" Great telephone manner.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
" Computer literate - use Sage would be advantageous.

Are you an Internal Sales coordinator with experience within the Manufacturing, Building or Air Conditioning industry?

Must hold a full clean driving licence.

An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join a thriving specialist manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Sheffield City Centre. This small, friendly, successful company are looking to expand their team due to growth. They are looking for someone who is switched on, can pick things up quickly and is not afraid to get involved in ALL aspects of the company. You MUST be a team player, with the ability to multitask and can easily adapt in an ever changing, extremely reactive environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
" Be the first point of call to all clients via phone and email.
" Generate quotes and tender bids for upcoming projects.
" Process orders via Sage.
" Purchasing materials.
" Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best prices are maintained.
" Multi-task and prioritise projects that come in with a fast turnaround.
" Liaise with the production team to ensure completion and pick of products meet deadlines and are dispatched and arrive with efficiency.
" Raise pick sheets, delivery notes and invoices via sage.
" Provide excellent customer service and sound product advice (training provided).
" Arrange the transportation of goods.
" Manage enquiries on the trade counter.
