Due to growth, a Leading Water Cooler & Coffee supplies company are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their ever-growing team in Trafford Park, Manchester.
To work as part of the sales team, you will engage with leads and enquires through inbound channels, upsell and cross-sell to existing customers as well as handle the retention process to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Main duties:
• Receive and handle inbound phone calls, as well as respond to inbound enquiries through the website
• Record lead history, activity, and customers response in detail within our CRM system
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our existing customer base.
• Liaise closely with the Customer Services team
• React to customer queries in a timely fashion, with priority given to ensuring the customer receives positive consideration
