About the job
Main Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring control procedures are followed for all incoming and outgoing trailer/containers; dock door management, directing drivers to relevant bays, instructing them on-site procedures including Health & Safety
• Completion of all Goods In/Out relevant paperwork and ensure drivers leave the site with the necessary paperwork correctly completed
• Manage delivery documents ensuring they are filed daily and shared with the team
• Liaising with the Inbound Management team, communicating any issues with delivery/supplier paperwork, incorrect deliveries and any shop floor queries.
• Liaise with the Customer Care team in matters relating to customer orders and the dispatch of goods
• Act as the main point of contact for order collections by local customers. Ensure accurate records are maintained and any issues communicated appropriately
