The ideal candidate

• Administration experience preferably within financial services (Mortgages & Insurance)
• Have good PC skills, Microsoft Office package
• Solution orientated; when provided with an obstacle you will look at ways to resolve this
• Have or able to develop coping mechanisms to manage workloads and pressures - and be able and willing to ask for help when it is required
• Organisational and time-management skills
• Demonstrate good communication skills to support stakeholders
• Work independently and jointly as a member of a team
• Demonstrated good work ethics in line with reinforcing the company values

About the job

Purpose of the role is to…

o Effective communication with all stakeholders (advisers, customer, builder, surveyors, and lenders) to ensure all “cases” move to “offer” stage in a timely manner
o Keep all stakeholders abreast of “case” progress including collation of missing documents and information
o Support, as appropriate, “cases” from lender submission through to exchange / completion, enabling customer to own their dream home, liaising with key stakeholders throughout the process (Inc. solicitors)
• Ensure all appropriate documentation submitted is accurate and timely
• Maintain compliance and business standards to ensure effective management of key business risks and achievement of our regulatory responsibilities
• Check and update reports for weekly introducer updates
• Provide additional administration support to relevant Departments.
