An amazing opportunity has become available due to growth, to join an independent Leading - Award winning mortgage brokers that specialise within shared ownership. They are looking to appoint a Mortgage Case handler to join their vast and busy friendly team. This would suit anyone with banking, mortgage processing, estate agency/ conveyancing experience.

The company has been established more than 20 years ago. They are market leaders in the Shared Ownership mortgage sector.
The appointed person will work as part of the processing team to ensure that the client gets the mortgage they want:
Duties include

• Collect and process documents including AML checks
• Liaise with clients and other parties to collect processing information for clients' mortgages
• Process mortgages with the aim of achieving early mortgage offers
• Input new client data to our custom-built CRM system
• Help and assist clients at all stages of the mortgage process.
• Be extremely pro-active with great sense of urgency and commercial awareness
