Are you a people person? Are you interested in running a fast-paced studio and supporting financial aspects? Organised, responsible, and loves the creative side of business? If so, we are looking for a studio manager to join our fantastic team here in Sheffield!

As Studio Manager, you will work closely and collaboratively with all studio staff, account and project managers as well as the Senior Management Team. You will actively encourage and nurture collaboration and stay abreast of all projects going on within the business. You will be responsible for contributing positively to the morale of the business and making our company an excellent place to work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a positive people person to join a well-established and exciting digital agency.

Your skills and experience:
" Previous experience in managing or leading a team
" Strong communication and people skills
" Experience motivating colleagues and facilitating teamwork
" A good understanding of accounting and invoicing
" Responsibility for carrying out HR tasks
" Experience managing own workload and running of an office
" Experience making resource decisions on hiring, purchasing, and staff activities

Other skills and requirements:
" Support the MD with admin tasks
" Schedule and assist in meetings where necessary, you should be effective in controlling others within the meeting, and sticking to an agenda.
" Build and provide accurate reports on a regular basis
" Regular reporting to the Senior Management Team
" General office management
" Invoicing and chasing
" Experience using Xero is a plus
