Office Supervisor to manage process’s & compliance for busy energy company

Chesterfield location – salary £23k starting salary rising to £25k after probation

This is a really good opportunity for an efficient process driven individual dealing with the day to day supervision of Customer Operations prioritising and supervising the workload. You will also be managing 2 staff, one being a sales person and the other an administrator. You will be ensuring customers are provided with the highest level of customer service at all times. The position would ideally suit someone with funding experience as well as compliance. You will be interacting with the clients in order to answer questions, resolve issues, improve credibility, and develop relationships!

Main activities include:
• Supervision of the Sales and Customer Operations Administrators
• Ensure all work is processed in line with KPI’s and compliance requirements & contract performance is adhered to
• Ensure work banks are worked on a regular basis in order to keep the CRM system up to date and jobs at the correct status for regular client invoicing
• Responsible for invoicing clients and customers relating to all heating installations
• Supervision of stock processes and purchase order process
• Supervision of external communication via portal and dedicated to email accounts, ensuring all communication is dealt with promptly and effectively
• Reporting for internal and external customers
• Manage customer complaints to resolution within timescales
• Provide training and support to team to ensure competency and personal development is achieved
• Manage and maintain basic HR duties with the customer Operations and sales administrators
• Maintain own expert knowledge of the work streams and products offered
• Maintain team’s knowledge of the work streams and products offered
• Maintain effective communication processes to liaise with all areas of the business
• Contribute to changing processes
• Support a culture which promotes a socially responsible employer, which recognises the absolute importance of health and safety and environmentally responsible behaviour.
• Any other additional duties that may be deemed necessary to fulfil your duties
