This is an exciting & varied role working for a very forward thinking & successful company, they are completely flexible with the hours but are looking for approximately 3 days. They need a positive person with good all round experience of working in an office, someone who can pick up things quickly, be confident, a good organiser and have previous office admin experience!

Duties to include the following:
" Dealing with incoming calls to customers
" Data entry onto the database
" Following up on purchase orders
" Sending out quotations
" Entering orders & checking & chasing
" Typing & analysing reports
" Typing reports for the engineers
" Keeping records
" Some marketing & sales related duties

Great offices, lovely friendly team to work with, ideally you will have your own transport as the location is fairly remote. The successful applicant will have VG IT skills & proficient in Microsoft WORD & EXCEL !
