- Ability, skills and confidence to hit the ground running
- Desire to develop in the role and excel in all duties
- Working experience of Sage 50 , excel, word-THIS IS ESSENTIAL
- Experience in payroll MANAGER and pensions is essential

Permanent opportunity based in Barnsley area for a Payroll Accounts person - approximately 4 days a week with some flexibility, busy role, demanding, friendly down to earth company where you will need a 'sense of humour' !!

Duties as follows:
- Manual processing of Purchase Ledger invoices
- Processing Sales Ledger invoices including raising invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Invoice query resolution
- Bank reconciliation
- Administrative accounts based tasks as required
- Cash allocation
- Credit Control
- Administrative support as required to assist the Manager
- Assisting with incoming call during busy periods
- Ad hoc support to the sales function of the business
- Payroll and pensions to include CIS workers (payroll manager and Nest pensions)
- Cash flow forecasts
- WIP in accounting/construction terms
- Sales order processing

Salary circa £13.00 per hour
