Additional skills, desirable:
Willing to learn computer design packages used to illustrate the products available.
Willing to learn or prior knowledge of computer filing methods would be useful including accessing shared drives to retrieve information.
Other Skills Required:
Accurate and speedy typing skills would be required for data input and drafting of quotations etc.

Letter drafting - English language skills to be well developed to allow professional letter and e mail drafting to clients and suppliers alike.

Good grasp of math’s is required to enable accurate costing of installations (following training)

Also, you will be supporting Main Office to produce Contract Documents specific to each client order - using existing templates to form framework and adapt as required based on information provided from quotation.

Candidate must enjoy working with a variety of people to find the best solutions for their properties. This can involve a lot of patience if changes to design are required or if clients are unsure of their requirements - nothing is ever too much trouble in our company.
Could suit a bright graduate with an interest in design software or someone with more experience who wants a slightly shorter day! – excellent company – great opportunity!!!

Must be efficient in Microsoft Word, duties as follows:
• Amending existing templates to suit individual client quotations.
• Setting up new templates using formatting and layout. The ability to create document suites for general use throughout the company would be useful.
• Inserting images into text & formatting pictures to sit where required within document.
• Basic use of Paint to Cut & Paste Photos or images from screen 1o produce a high-quality final quotation document.
• Knowledge and practical use of Outlook, Adobe DC, Google Doc's, Cloud Based CRM packages a definite advantage.
• Updating the in-house databases
