My client is a successful family business that specialise in bespoke high-end products for home improvements. They are not a 'hard sell' company and never will be. They offer a service to guide clients through the maze of options, to help them choose the best solution for them, in their particular property. They provide a beautiful Showroom to showcase ranges and clients who work with us always benefit from the best of service.

The role:
o You'll offer showroom support as required for the walk-in clients through the working day
o You'll take a personal interest in each enquiry reintroduced & support our team when providing their estimate/quote
o Entering new enquiries on our software system quickly and efficiently.
o Chasing up any enquiries that the sales team have been unable to contact.
o Maintaining corporate social media such as Instagram, Pinterest and Linked in
o Processing new sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
o Booking the surveyors diaries when an order is processed.
o Revising and fully processing orders before the work is released to manufacture ensuring that all pre-manufacturing queries are addressed by the appropriate departments.
o Producing approved additional works and credit notes as required.
o Supporting specific sales team members with enquiries.
o General administration required for day-to-day role, including filing.
o Assisting with any ongoing projects as required.

This role will also include showroom support along with active marketing to clients in the immediate areas of where we're scheduled to install to raise our company profile by way of professional, high-quality introductory letters.

The offer:
This role could be full or part-time if the hours can support the workload
Anticipated salary from £22,425 - £24,375 dependents on skills for 37.5 hours per week pro rata
