o Previous experience of working in an office environment would be advantageous.
o Organised, methodical, great attention to detail and efficient
o IT Literate using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
o High level of written communication skills and numeracy
o Excellent telephone manner
o Able to pick up new systems easily, adapt to the environment and work well as part of a team and individually
o Punctual, friendly, and confident person
o Ability to cope with a busy and high-pressured environment
o Results and Customer service focused
o Flexible and open to change
o Flexibility to travel when required e.g., meetings with clients on sites

About the job

This includes but is not limited to:
o First point of contact for client enquiries by email or telephone
o Writing proposals and providing quotations for clients
o Prioritising and logging callouts via our back of house system (full training will be provided)
o Dealing with a team of engineers, subcontractors, and sites
o Scheduling planned and reactive maintenance, callouts, and remedial jobs
o Providing clients with works progress via internal CRM system, customer online portals, emails, and telephone contact.
o Attending meetings (face to face/conference call) where necessary
o Processing of engineering paperwork and completing KPI spreadsheets
o Raising purchase orders for materials
o Processing of supplier/subcontractor invoices on our internal systems
o Managing the quotations flow following on from engineering visits
o Updating and maintaining asset registers
o ad hoc admin duties as and when required

Schedule:
o 8-hour shift
o Holidays
o Monday to Friday
o No weekends
o Overtime available
o Sheffield, S12

Work Location: One location

Previous experience working within the Security industry would be beneficial but not essential.
Appointment is subject to a successful interview, completion of application form, an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and two satisfactory references.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00 per year
