Telephone Negotiator - Collections - £19,000 OTE £23,000 + Uncapped Commission & No Weekends!!
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Negotiator (Collections Advisor) to join a credit management company based in Sheffield. Due to growth within the business they now seek dynamic, enthusiastic members to join their team. Especially interested to hear from you if you have a background in collections, banking, utilities or good inbound/outbound experience. Main Duties
" Accomplishing the efficient and timely collection of debts
" Taking inbound and outbound calls
" Arranging payment within the FCA guidelines
" Ensuring customer's payments are kept up to date Meeting and exceeding KPI'S within quality cash collocations and productivity
" Negotiating payment arrangements
" Assessing customers' ability to pay outstanding balances
" Liaising with clients via the in-house system to resolve outstanding queries
" Communicating over the phone and by email with clients

" Strong Negotiation Skills
" Excellent verbal and written communication
" Good spelling and grammar skills
" Disciplined approach to time keeping and processes
" High level of attention to detail
" Good questioning skills

" Ability to work to targets and exceed KPI's

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. The office is open from 8am-8pm so there may be a requirement for prospective new starters to commit to a maximum of 2 late shifts per week
