Are you looking for a career in Finance and have fantastic administration experience with acute attention to detail?

We are searching for a trainee finance assistant to join a rapidly growing Group, they operate nationwide and have various arms to the company. This is a chance to be trained and put through your AAT qualification. You will be closely mentored by the Financial Director himself, and you will be joining them as they continue to grow, if you are looking to work your way up through a business this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Full training will be provided on the following:
" Postings of sales ledger transactions
" Posting of purchase ledger transactions
" Assist the Financial director in credit control and debt management
" Assist in maintaining a fit for purpose and growth filing system for all financial records.
" Ensure all information relating to wages is 100% accurate by implementing rigorous controls.
" Ensure all wage payments are made on time.
" Assist in petty cash reporting and management.
" Banking reconciliations using the accounting software liaising closely with the finance director should issues arise
" Assist in ensuring monthly management accounts information
" General admin tasks
" Assist to maintain holiday/absence/sickness records.
" Assist to maintain effective and efficient system for maintain all staff records to include leavers and new starters.
" Meet and greet as well as provide refreshments to all guests upon arrival/entry to the building.
