A unique opportunity has arisen to join a manufacturing facility in Sheffield as a full-time Woodwork CNC Operator. Our client manufactures and installs bespoke joinery products for Retail and Fit. All applicants need to be competent in using Alphacam and ideally but not essential Alphacam Automation Manager, but training will be provided.

Requirement
• Setting up and operating CNC machinery, including table saws and special-purpose equipment.
• Working with MDF, Laminated Boards, Plywood and various timbers
• Timber and material component machining
• SCM CNC Using Alphacam software
• Working effectively as part of the production team
• Have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A good understanding and ability to work from manufacturing drawings
• A drive and ability to produce high quality components
• Good communicator and conscientious with regards to their workmanship
• Undertake routine operator led maintenance on machinery daily and to fill in maintenance sheets

Benefits

Salary - £13.50 per hour (pay review due)
Holidays - Personal Holidays 20 days plus statutory bank holidays - 1 additional day's holiday after 5 years of service
and 1 additional day thereafter every 2 years to a maximum of 25
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.00 pm with ½ hour lunch and ¼ hour morning break - plus overtime as and when required
