A market-leading debt recovery company have an exciting vacancy for a self-motivated, ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow various areas of the business. We are looking for a target-driven individual who wants to work with a customer-focused team, with a can-do attitude to on-board business who will benefit from our services and maintain good customer relations.

What we are looking for:

• Be able to provide evidential proof of income generation
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development within a similar industry experience
• The role will require travel through the UK so a clean driving license is required.

You will be expected to:

• Fully understand the services we can provide our clients
• Cold call businesses which could benefit from our services
• Create new appointments with prospective clients
• Attend prospect meetings and assess business opportunities in a consultative manner
• Follow up with upcoming potential business
• Produce a tailored proposal letter outlining the services proposed at prospective client meetings
• Once a prospective client has agreed to use our services, attend a set-up meeting to ensure we meet client requirements
• Maintain a good working relationship with existing and prospective clients
• Attend client review meetings to confirm performance and identify development
• opportunities.
• Achieve both appointment and revenue targets set.
• Attend monthly sales review meetings to confirm performance achieved against targets set.
