About the job

Duties include:
• Follow up on submitted tenders with Clients.
• Building and maintaining relations with new & existing clients
• Update the company website and social media on a regular basis.
• Obtaining prices from third-party companies and processing quotations received.
• Answering general queries by telephone.
• Answering general queries by e-mail.
• Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.
• Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

The ideal candidate should have:
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems would be an advantage; however, training would be given for the right candidate.
• Written, telephone and electronic communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and without direct supervision.
• Able to organise multiple tasks and deliver within timescale.
