• Skilled/Semi skilled plater
• Experience in some or all of the following: Cad Plate/Silver Plate/Zinc Plate/Chromic Anodise & Sulphuric Anodise
• Good level of general education. (2 x GCSE pass grade or equivalent)
• Experience of manufacturing/production environment essential.
• Computer literate.
• Well organised and able to work to schedules and deadlines.
• Good team player.

Salary: £13-£13.50 per hour with progression opportunities
Shift pattern: 7.45am - 4.15pm Mon to Thurs, Fri 7am-1pm.
You must be flexible to move other shift patterns in time.
Due to expansion our client is looking for experienced Electroplaters to join their team.
Electrodeposition of customers' components and test samples in accordance with specified standards.
" By processing all components on time and in full.
" Adhere to all processing instructions as indicated on the Job Card and Followers.
" Ensuring only the highest standard of work is presented for inspection.
" A good understanding and working knowledge of working to current density for electrodeposition.
" Team performance charts.
" Minimal rejects.
" Load product during the working day.
Completing of all Company documentation, accurately and on time.
" Ensure the process carried out is in line with instructions on Job Card and Followers.
" Ensure Job Card is signed with any additional/relevant information incorporated.
" Internal audits on documentation maintenance.
" Minimal rejects.
Maintain highest level of health and safety, quality and environmental standards.
" Ensure the appropriate PPE is worn in designated areas.
" Ensure correct safe handling of goods and product at all times.
" Ensuring a good understanding of your work environment.
" HSE requirements are maintained at all times.
" No environmental problems highlighted by any Audits.
General
" Maintain your work area on a daily basis and make sure everywhere is kept clean and presentable and fit for use at all times.
" Report any problems to your Production Team Leader or Management Team which cannot be rectified by you.
" Report all damages or problems to your Production Team Leader as they occur.
" Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health, safety, quality and environmental procedures.
" Ensure Health and Safety and Environmental standards are maintained within the department at all times.
" Remain flexible to assist within other production areas as may be determined by the workloads. " Good housekeeping levels maintained in work area and equipment at all times.
" Good levels of attendance.
