Job Title: Head of Property Sales and Lettings
Location: Manchester
Salary: £40K + commission OTE £50k to £60k (company car for the right candidate)
Position: Permanent/Full-Time
Our client, a growing Manchester-based property group, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Property Sales and Lettings to join their ever-growing team. Looking for an ambitious and energetic person to help expand landlords and investor base in the property sector. You will be the front end of the company with the CEO and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and customer strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify new sales opportunities
• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and forecasting
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
• Oversee sales operations, including budget management, pricing, and sales reporting
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
• Analyse customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and concerns
• Oversee customer service operations, including budget management, staffing, and reporting
• Work closely with Group Marketing manager
• Help the company to increase the number of branches from 8 to 10 in next 2 years and 20 in 5 years with 2000 properties and 100 employees with expert digital marketing support
• All brochures, case studies to be updated every year
• Promote our brand on various social media platforms with top quality content to engage with potential landlords and investors
• Generating strong 2-4 business landlord/investor leads per month for the company
• Explore opportunities for meaningful collaboration with 3 large well-known brands among the target market
Key responsibilities
• Assist at promoting corporate sponsorships events
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
