A GROWING Manchester property investment company is looking for self-motivated target-driven individuals to join their expanding team of Investment Sales Consultants in the property sector to achieve BIG and develop their skills and knowledge.

They have some massive expansion plans for the future, so are now on the hunt for experienced sales candidates with industry experience who are looking to excel in an ever-growing industry.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the sales process and has a willingness to learn.

Investment Sales Consultant Benefits:

Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £80,000/ 100k +

Key duties of a Investment Sales Consultant:

Report to the Managing Director and ensure company tasks are carried out efficiently and targets are set for the month.
Advise on property investments.
Manage client accounts.
Able to close property deals
Work closely as a team to drive sales.
Offer support to clients and companies throughout the sales process.
Stay up to date with the property market, to be able to implement new ideas.
Be responsible for your pipeline and prepare reports on sales performance, and conversion rates for management to assess.
