What will you bring to the table?
• Proven Account Management/Partnership Executive experience ideally within FMCG or retail fashion environments
• Strong commercial acumen & analytical skills
• You have demonstrable experience of and enjoy working cross-functionally/with counterparts and are able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, nurturing relationships across all levels of the business.
• Proven ability to grow accounts through the implementation of joint business plans and identifying upsell opportunities.
• You should hold strong Microsoft skills including Word and Excel and be comfortable with PowerPoint and compiling and delivering presentations and have a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.

Partnerships Executive
A fast-growing fashion retailer is looking to expand their team by recruiting a Partnership Executive. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new partnerships, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through collaborative efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
Accountabilities:
• Managing performance; Producing weekly and monthly sales analysis for board presentation;
• Product Selection: Gain a thorough understanding of the target audience; Create product reference sheets for costings; Manage photo samples effectively.
• Product Purchasing, Stock Planning and documentation; Effectively manage the process from purchase to delivery.
• Marketing: Work with the partner to develop strong seasonal marketing campaigns that help build sales and the brand;
• Operational; Making sure all departments are clear on what is happening and when at the appropriate times and via the correct procedures; effectively.
• Royalty/Commission; Ensuring Royalty payments and commission receipts are accurate.
• Budget setting: Set and manage annual budgets based on current partner and marketplace knowledge and opportunities identified.
• Growth; Ensuring the continued growth of partner sales through great relationships, great customer service and excellent brand knowledge.
• Profitability; Maximising margin throughout the process; Growing sales by identifying new opportunities for growth.
