A leading healthcare solutions specialist are looking to expand their team to appoint a Project & Sales Specialist. This is an amazing opportunity to work for an established, forward-thinking company with over 25 years’ experience of providing healthcare solutions to Primary and Secondary Care. This is a strategic role is focusing on accelerating sales growth, developing customer relationships, and taking lead of projects delivering their healthcare solutions.

The role:

Work closely with the Projects Lead around complex enquiries, new build requirements and large projects (e.g. on-site surveys, installation time frames etc).
Lead on all processes, procedures, and workflows.
Manage large projects from a sales perspective liaising with Sales Development Manager as required and working closely with customer Project Leads.
Be the point of contact for the sales advisors for any queries, being confident in giving sound advice and answering any questions they may have.
Keeping highly accurate and up-to-date records/spreadsheets of large orders being processed on ‘call off orders’, liaising regularly with the Accounts Team to validate and balance the accounts.
Booking of multiple on-site surveys where required for large groups, keeping customers informed and ensuring most efficient routes.
Raising quotations and sales orders as required.
Act as sales point of contact for other teams.
Identify and assist with marketing opportunities/campaigns and new sales opportunities, including outbound calls, e shots and exhibitions where required.
Keep sales team members updated of changes to processes.
Identify any areas for improvement and discuss with Sales Development Manager/Head of Media and Waiting Room Solutions
The ideal candidate:
