Reception/ Administrator

A modern professional Commercial services company are looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Administrator to work at their busy Sheffield office. This is an opportunity to join an innovative, professional dynamic company.
They are looking for an articulate and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator who can provide a timely and effective support service to them and general administration for the Sheffield Office. This is a new role which would suit someone who has strong administration experience, who can work in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, organised, and confident.

What's on offer:
o Salary: £23,000-£24,500.00 depending on experience.
o 37.5 hours per week but flexible working around core hours 9:00 am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
o Holiday entitlement of 31 holiday days per year including bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
• Reception - Greeting clients and assisting with queries, diary management, booking rooms, and organising meeting rooms.
• Provide administration support to the Director and Managers (Accountants)
• Company Secretarial services
• Preparing client documentation and correspondence
• Receiving records and signed accounts/tax returns etc. from clients and booking in
• Maintaining Stationery, company literature and printer consumables stock and ordering.
• Debt collection to assist Credit Controller
• General admin tasks – typing, photocopying, scanning.
• Any other duties as they arise.
