About the job

A position has become available for a Reception/Administrator to join a leading investment company within there serviced centre facility based in Sheffield city centre. You will be responsible for providing reception and administrative duties for the Centre and administrative duties for the Regional office.

Duties include:
" Ensuring the smooth running of the Centre.
" Ensuring Health and Safety Policy is adhered to.
" To ensure that new and prospective tenants are fully briefed on the operation of the Centre and that they are fully aware of their responsibilities.
" Deal with any visitors to the Centre.
" Manage any sub contractors on site.
" Prepare the monthly sales invoices for the rental fees and rechargeable services.
" Check and process invoices for purchased goods and services and administer purchase invoices.
" Liaise with Head Office on provision of sales/purchase account codes and all matters affecting computerised accounts.
" To help the Centre operate within the agreed financial annual plan.
" Assist with marketing campaigns and other promotional activity.
" Assist with letting available business units and negotiating rental levels and entry terms within defined limits. Provide written quotations as appropriate and prepare associated lease documents.
" Advise the utilities, local authority, security company and all relevant bodies of all occupancy changes to avoid incorrect charging.
