Sales Administrator - close to City Centre
Permanent – Full Time

We are exclusively working with an established market leader of specialist of medical equipment - Due to their ongoing commitment to new and existing clients, they have an exciting vacancy for an Internal Sales Administrator within their offices in Sheffield. This is an interesting opportunity to join a friendly and caring team, which offer very good opportunities for growth within the company. They are looking for someone with a positive outlook, a bubbly, confident personality and a good work ethic, someone who picks instructions up quickly and who has ambition and can focus!

Benefits:
• Starting Salary £22,425 with a review after probation
• 37.5 hours pw: Monday - Friday varying between 8.30 and 5.30
• 24 (plus bank holidays)

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the main duties will include:
• Processing sales orders by telephone, website, email, Purchase Order.
• Answering telephone and assisting customers or transferring call appropriately.
• Dealing with customer queries by phone/email.
• Contacting customers with any sales order queries.
• Processing sales returns.
• Providing quotations to customers where required.
• Providing quotations and processing orders
• Assisting with administration of large projects, and marketing campaigns where required.
• Ensuring customer information is accurate and up-to-date
• Any other duties commensurate with the role

Essential Requirements:
" Minimum 1-year Administration and IT/Database usage
" Minimum GCSE Level 4/Grade C English and Mathematics essential. Computer studies/CLAIT qualification or equivalent desirable. 'A' level qualified suitable.
