A GROWING Manchester property investment company is looking for self-motivated target-driven individuals to join their expanding team of Sales Consultants in the property sector to achieve BIG and develop their skills and knowledge.

Key duties of the role:

• Report to the Managing Director and ensure company tasks are carried out efficiently and targets are set for the month.
• Advise on property investments.
• Manage client accounts.
• Able to close property deals.
• Work closely as a team to drive sales.
• Offer support to clients and companies throughout the sales process.
• Stay up to date with the property market, to be able to implement new ideas.
• Be responsible for your pipeline and prepare reports on sales performance, and conversion rates for management to assess.
• Following up on all sales enquiries.

This role is an opportunity for anyone who has sales experience and is a high achiever looking to be rewarded for their hard work.
